Children enrolled in Multi grade learning centres in rural and tribal areas
of Kasaragod district will be affected by this injustice. It is the right of each and every child to receive and access quality education without any form of descrimination.
WHY
Negligence of society as well as government authorities.
Unawareness of the real problems denial behaviour to address the
problems.
ROOT CAUSES
Rural and economic backwardness of the community
Lack of awareness and education among parents
Non-adaptive academic curriculum and co-curriculum
Denial attitude of authorities for taking adequate measures for
addressing the problem
COMPASSIONATE INSIGHT
To overcome the injustice of educational disparity among tribal and
rural children studying in MGLC, We will address unequal formal and informal education by providing one to one mentoring through efficient modules and volunteers
GOALS
To provide one to one mentoring for 30 children enrolled in MGLCs of Kasaragod district with the help of 30 mentors (volunteers) in 3 months
To identify and improve deficiencies in academic learning of the
children
To improve social and emotional skills
To improve physical and mental wellbeing of children
