1 volunteer engaged 16 students in an interactive awareness session on the impact of alcohol and substance use at St. Joseph’s Church, Ernakulam.

We organised a Drugs Awareness Workshop — Alcohol’s Effects on the Body on 7 December 2025 at St. Joseph’s Church, Pothiyakkara, Ernakulam District.

✨ 1 volunteer, Albin T S, engaged 16 Class 10 students in an interactive awareness session. The students were energetic, cooperative, and participated actively in discussions and activities, showing genuine curiosity to understand the physical and emotional impact of substance use.

The session encouraged students to think deeper about how alcohol and drugs affect not just the body, but also family relationships, mental well-being, and everyday decision-making. Conversations during the workshop also opened up important reflections on topics like family conflict, personal struggles, and the influence of harmful habits in daily life, making the session more meaningful and student-centered.
