Captains Social Foundation is a youth-led non-profit organisation with the objective of Building Future Leaders through Volunteering. We design volunteering opportunities for young people to enhance their 21st-century skills and contribute to addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We believe volunteerism is a transformative tool for personal growth, professional advancement, and leadership development - and we are committed to bridging the skill gap among young people through the spirit of volunteerism. We create immersive volunteering experiences where young people engage with real-world challenges, collaborate with diverse communities, and drive meaningful social impact.

We are a collaborative platform for individuals, institutions, organisations, communities, corporates, governments, and other stakeholders - to create shared opportunities for volunteering. From ideation to execution, we support the design, coordination, outreach, and implementation of social initiatives that drive meaningful change locally, regionally, and globally.

Captains Social Foundation is based in Kerala (India), with operations across all 14 districts of the state. We are one of Kerala’s largest independent volunteering organisations and among the most active volunteering movements in India.
