114 students of AWH Special College were trained in soft skills to enhance their job readiness.

The Skill Development Training Program, a collaborative initiative with VFS Global, was successfully conducted at AWH Special College from September 27 to October 5, 2024. This program aimed to empower students by strengthening their soft skills and preparing them for future academic and professional opportunities.

Over the course of the program, more than 114 students participated in over 16 dynamic sessions. The curriculum was designed to support comprehensive personal development and included topics such as personality development, attitude and motivation, self-esteem building, basic financial literacy, budgeting and investment, communication, problem-solving, networking, time management, leadership, resume building, self-grooming, and interview preparation.

We sincerely thank our facilitators, Vishnu T S, Sindhu, and Adarsh P A, for their dedication and engaging delivery. Their interactive approach, including group exercises, discussions, and practical activities, made a meaningful and lasting impact on the participants.

The positive feedback received from the students reflected the relevance and effectiveness of the sessions. We extend our gratitude to AWH Special College for hosting the program and providing a supportive learning environment. We also thank VFS Global for their continued partnership and invaluable support in making this initiative a success.

We look forward to continuing these efforts through future programs focused on personality development and leadership training.
