119 students of SARBTM Government College, Muzhukkunnu were introduced to SBI Youth for India Fellowship and career opportunities in the social development sector at Kozhikode.

We collaborated with Platform Commons and SBI Foundation to organize an orientation session on the SBI Youth for India Fellowship on August 8, 2025, at SARBTM Government College, Muzhukkunnu, Kozhikode.

A total of 119 students attended the session and were introduced to the fellowship and the career pathways it offers in the field of rural development and social impact. We appreciate the energy and interest shown by the students in exploring volunteering as a meaningful step towards building a purpose-driven career. The session was facilitated by Sreekala, who offered valuable insights into the fellowship journey and its potential to shape changemakers.

The SBI Youth for India Fellowship is a prestigious 13-month paid program by the SBI Foundation that allows young Indians to work on rural development projects in partnership with experienced NGOs. Fellows receive hands-on exposure to grassroots challenges, along with a stipend of approximately ₹3.5 lakh and support for transportation and accommodation.
