13 students engaged in civic action by creating and donating 25 eco-friendly newspaper bags to promote plastic-free community awareness at City Central School, Kollam, led by Bhavya S.

Our volunteer Bhavya S has successfully completed Phase 2 of the #FlipYourWorld Campaign at City Central School, Kollam, on July 14, 2025.

Around one volunteer encouraged 13 students in their first hands-on volunteering experience, where they made around 25 eco-friendly newspaper bags. The students learned about plastic waste and the importance of eco-friendly alternatives, and the paper bags were donated to nearby shops to raise awareness about reducing plastic usage. This activity helped students experience the joy of volunteering and understand how small acts can create meaningful change in their community.
