179 students of Aquinas College, Edakochi were trained in soft skills to enhance their job readiness.

Over the course of five days, more than 75 students participated in 16+ interactive sessions designed to enhance their soft skills and better prepare them for future opportunities. The comprehensive curriculum covered a range of essential topics, including personality development, attitude and motivation, self-esteem building, financial literacy, budgeting, investment, communication, problem-solving, networking, time management, leadership, resume building, self-grooming, and interview preparation.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated facilitators, Sreekala and Arshil, for delivering highly engaging sessions filled with interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises that resonated deeply with the participants.

The positive feedback from students highlighted the significant impact and value of the program. We thank Sree Narayana Guru College for hosting this initiative and contributing to its success.
