210 students of Government Institute of Teacher Education, Nadakkavu were trained in soft skills to enhance their job readiness.

We are pleased to share the successful completion of the Skill Development Training Program under Project Kaushal, a collaborative initiative by VolGuru, VFS Global, and Captains Social Foundation. The program was held at the Government Institute of Teacher Education, Nadakkavu, over two phases from February 5–8 and February 12–15, 2024.

The training engaged over 210 enthusiastic students across two batches, delivering more than 16 comprehensive sessions focused on enhancing essential soft skills and preparing students for future academic and career opportunities. The curriculum covered a broad spectrum of topics including personality development, attitude and motivation, self-esteem building, basic finances, budgeting and investment, effective communication (both spoken and written), problem-solving, networking, time management, leadership, resume building, self-grooming, and interview techniques.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the exceptional facilitators, Arshil and Sreekala, whose interactive methods—including activities, group discussions, and engaging exercises—greatly enriched the learning experience and left a lasting impact on participants.

The positive feedback received from the students reflects the value and effectiveness of the program. We are deeply grateful to the Government Institute of Teacher Education, Nadakkavu, for hosting this impactful initiative, and to our partners VolGuru and VFS Global for their unwavering support, which played a crucial role in the program’s success.
