25 employees of IBM Kochi created educational snake and ladder to distribute to 25 school students in Ernakulam.

We were thrilled to join hands with Goodera to organize the Snake and Ladder Initiative on October 7, 2021, at IBM Kochi — a heartwarming example of how creativity and compassion can come together to spark positive change. 🧩

As part of this employee volunteering activity, a team of 25 dedicated IBM employees came together to design and create 25 custom Snake and Ladder game cards. But these weren’t just fun and games — each card was thoughtfully crafted to help children understand the positive and negative aspects of nature, turning a beloved classic into a powerful and interactive learning experience.

This initiative aimed to make learning more engaging and meaningful, allowing children to absorb important life lessons through play. The passion and enthusiasm shown by the IBM team made this initiative not only impactful but also deeply inspiring. 💡

Taking the effort beyond creation, our volunteers personally distributed the Snake and Ladder kits to 50 students from SDYP Girls High School. Seeing the joy and excitement on the children’s faces as they received their kits was a beautiful reminder of why these initiatives matter.
