28 employees of IBM assembled wheel-chairs to distribute to 20 palliative patients in Ernakulam.

On April 25, 2024, we had the privilege of organizing a Wheelchair Assembly Drive in partnership with IBM India and Goodera at Kochi, Ernakulam.

A dedicated group of 28 IBM employees came together to assemble 20 wheelchairs, which will soon be donated to individuals in need and palliative care centers across Kerala. This initiative was a heartfelt effort to enhance mobility and dignity for those facing physical challenges.

We sincerely appreciate the commitment and enthusiasm of all the volunteers who participated in this drive. Their time and effort reflect the true spirit of community support and service.

This initiative was part of IBM Kochi’s employee volunteering program, made possible with the support of Goodera. We look forward to many more collaborations that continue to bring meaningful change to our communities.
