On 10 January 2026, a Stream Cleaning Drive was carried out at Puliyattukulam Valiyad Thodu, Malappuram by our volunteer Muhammad Yaseen N.

✨ 6 volunteers dedicated 3 hours to restoring the stream by collecting plastic waste, cutting overgrown grass, and cleaning blocked sections of the waterway. Around 50 kg of plastic and non-biodegradable waste was responsibly collected and disposed of, and the concerned Panchayat authorities were informed to ensure proper follow-up.

This civic action helped improve the cleanliness of the stream, reduced plastic pollution, and promoted community awareness on environmental responsibility. The initiative reinforced the message of “No Plastic – Clean Stream”, encouraging local citizens to protect and preserve shared natural resources.

A special appreciation to our coordinator Muhammad Yaseen N and all the volunteers for their commitment, teamwork, and dedication to environmental stewardship.
