Step 2 - LEAD (Facilitate Sessions): Volunteers conduct interactive sessions using the official FLiP modules, guide students through each phase, and manage the logistics to ensure effective delivery.

Step 3 - INSPIRE (Support Actions): Volunteers mentor students as they implement their ideas, help plan simple volunteering projects, ensure certificate distribution, and celebrate efforts through recognition.
