10 volunteers were introduced to the concept of reimagining volunteerism in Ernakulam.

We organized a Leadership Camp on November 9–10, 2024, at The Volunteers Hub, Ernakulam, Kerala.

The two-day workshop brought together around 10 volunteers for an immersive experience focused on personal growth and community engagement. Designed to empower young individuals to take on leadership roles within the Captains Social Foundation, the camp provided participants with the tools needed to make a meaningful impact.

Throughout the sessions, participants explored a range of topics, including Volunteerism, Personality Development, Attitude and Motivation, Problem-Solving, Networking, Time Management, Leadership, Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills, Teamwork, and Conflict Management.

The camp created a nurturing space for learning, reflection, and collaboration, strengthening the foundation for a vibrant and impactful volunteer community. We look forward to more such enriching experiences that inspire youth to become changemakers in society.
