101 students of Bharat Mata College, Aluva were trained in soft skills to enhance their job readiness.

We recently wrapped up a 4-Day Skill Development Training Program as part of Project Kaushal, a collaborative initiative with VolGuru and VFS Global, hosted at Bharath Matha College of Commerce and Arts, Ernakulam on December 11, 12, 18, 19, 2023.

🌟 Approximately 100 enthusiastic students actively participated in 16+ engaging sessions designed to bolster their soft skills and prepare them for future opportunities. The comprehensive curriculum covered a spectrum of topics, including Personality Development, Attitude and Motivation, Building Self-Esteem, Basic Finances, Budgeting, Investment, Communication (Spoken and Written), Problem-Solving, Networking, Time Management, Leadership, Resume Building, Self-Grooming, and Interview Skills.
