13 volunteers responsibly collected and disposed of 200 kg of non-biodegradable waste in Kozhikode

On July 23, 2023, a dedicated group of volunteers led by the enthusiastic Fathimathul Hanna (@hanna_abideen) joined forces to make a tangible difference in our coastal environment. Coordinated in collaboration with Koodu Foundation and Green Worms, this Beach Cleanup Drive at Kozhikode’s Bhatt Road Beach was a resounding success!

Despite the rain, our passionate team of 13 volunteers showcased incredible determination and unity, proving that no challenge is too big when it comes to protecting our environment. Their collective efforts resulted in the removal of over 200kg of non-biodegradable waste, leaving a cleaner and more beautiful shoreline for all to enjoy.
