2 volunteers raised awareness on parenting among 10 parents in Palakkad

On February 18, 2023, our dedicated intern, Gayathri from Ideal College of Arts and Science, successfully organized an insightful Awareness Session on Parenting at Mundur, Palakkad. The session aimed to provide valuable guidance and support to parents of young children, helping them navigate the challenges of early childhood parenting.

The event saw the participation of over 10 parents of Anganwadi students, who actively engaged in discussions on various aspects of child development, effective parenting techniques, and the importance of a nurturing environment at home. Gayathri, along with a team of enthusiastic volunteers, facilitated the session by sharing expert insights and practical tips to help parents foster positive relationships with their children.

Adding a touch of joy to the occasion, the volunteers also interacted with the children and distributed sweets, bringing smiles to their faces. The session proved to be a meaningful and enriching experience for both parents and children alike.
