20 volunteers utilised their skills to beautify the streets of Ernakulam

On April 6, 2024, the streets of Ernakulam, Kerala, witnessed a wonderful splash of color and creativity as we teamed up with the Kalamassery Municipality for a Street Wall Painting Drive that celebrated community, art, and civic pride.

With brushes in hand and purpose in their hearts, 20 dedicated volunteers came together to transform public spaces into vibrant works of art. What once were plain walls now tell stories of hope, beauty, and inclusivity—thanks to the artistic talents and heartfelt efforts of each participant.

The event was not just about painting—it was about reclaiming public spaces, building community connections, and inspiring civic ownership. The passion, creativity, and commitment shown by our volunteers were truly commendable, and their work has left a lasting impression on all who pass by.

We extend our sincere gratitude to every volunteer who joined us in this initiative. Your contribution goes beyond the artwork—it uplifts the spirit of our city.

A special appreciation goes out to Akshay Mallissery and Mahmood Salman, whose seamless coordination and leadership ensured the success of this colorful endeavor.

Together, we have not only beautified our streets but also sparked a stronger sense of community and pride. We look forward to many more such initiatives, working hand-in-hand to create a more vibrant, inclusive, and inspiring Kochi for all.
