23 employees of IDFC Bank created 50 solar lamps to distribute to school students in Ernakulam.

On June 5, 2024, in celebration of World Environment Day, we partnered with IDFC First Bank and Goodera to organize a Solar Lamp Assembly Drive at Sanjose Hall, Ernakulam — a hands-on initiative aimed at promoting sustainability and creating a brighter future for communities in need.

With great enthusiasm and team spirit, 23 employees from IDFC First Bank came together to assemble 50 solar lamps. These eco-friendly lamps are not only a clean energy alternative but also a source of hope and opportunity for those with limited access to electricity.

The atmosphere was charged with purpose as volunteers worked side by side, contributing their time and energy toward a greener and more inclusive world. It was inspiring to witness the dedication and care each participant brought to the initiative.
