3,000+ volunteers engaged in diverse hands-on volunteering activities during the Beach Volunteering Festival under Trash Hunt 4.0, promoting community participation and collective action at the beach.
We are excited to share that we successfully organised our first-ever Beach Volunteering Festival as part of Trash Hunt 4.0, in alignment with @gooddeedsday 💙
The festival brought together a vibrant community, engaging 3,000+ people in meaningful volunteering activities right at the beach — transforming the space into a hub of creativity, learning, and action 🌱
From paper bag making, Diya painting, and bookmark creation to storybook designing, clay modelling, educational charts, science puzzles, seed ball making, sapling distribution, and much more — the beach became a space where everyone could contribute and take part in creating impact.
The objective was to go beyond participation and actively engage the community — not just students, but families, visitors, and the public — to experience volunteering and become part of a larger movement.
This also contributed to building one of the largest volunteer engagement moments, bringing people together for a shared purpose.
We sincerely appreciate all the volunteers, facilitators, and participants who made this festival a grand success. Your energy and commitment turned this into a truly memorable experience.
✨ Together, we are reimagining volunteering.
