87 students of Jai Bharath College of Management and Engineering Technology were trained in soft skills to enhance their job readiness.

The Skill Development Training Program, a collaborative initiative with VFS Global, was successfully conducted at Jai Bharath College of Management and Engineering Technology from October 25 to 27, 2024. This initiative was designed to strengthen students’ soft skills and better prepare them for future academic and professional opportunities.
Over the course of three days, more than 87 students actively participated in over 16 dynamic and engaging sessions. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering essential topics such as personality development, attitude and motivation, self-esteem building, basic finances, budgeting, investment, communication, problem-solving, networking, time management, leadership, resume building, self-grooming, and interview skills.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the facilitators, Vishnu T S and Amal, whose interactive teaching methods—ranging from discussions and group exercises to experiential learning activities—left a lasting impact on the participants.
The feedback from the students was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the value and relevance of the program in their personal and professional development. We are grateful to Jai Bharath College of Management and Engineering Technology for graciously hosting the sessions and for their commitment to student growth. Special thanks to VFS Global for their continued support, which played a crucial role in the success of this initiative.
We look forward to conducting more such sessions in the future as we continue to empower students through skill-based education and leadership training.
