Creating Young Changemakers: An Introductory Workshop on Youth Leadership and Community Development

On January 13, 2023, we successfully organized an Introductory Workshop on Creating Young Changemakers as part of the Training in Youth Leadership and Community Development program. The event took place at the Kakkanad Govt. Youth Hostel, Ernakulam, bringing together over 40 enthusiastic volunteers eager to explore their potential as leaders and change agents.

The workshop was conducted in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Mahatma Mathrubhumi Study Center Thrivankilam, and Youth Center Ernakulam, fostering a strong network of organizations dedicated to youth empowerment. The session aimed to equip participants with essential leadership skills, enhance their understanding of community development, and inspire them to take initiative in creating a positive impact in society.

Through interactive discussions, team-building activities, and insightful mentorship, the volunteers gained valuable knowledge on how to drive social change and address key challenges in their communities. The energy and enthusiasm displayed by the participants reaffirmed our belief in the power of youth-driven transformation.
