59 volunteers utilised their skills to beautify the streets of Kottayam.

We successfully organized The Volunteers Camp 3.0 as a part of the STREET Project by the Responsible Tourism Mission – Govt. of Kerala & Maravanthuruthu Grama Panchayat from August 19-21, 2022, at Kottayam.

In this first phase, over 50 volunteers from across Kerala came together to transform the streets of Maravanthuruthu, creating Kerala’s First Arts Street under the STREET Project. Through vibrant murals and artistic expressions, the volunteers beautified the space, making it a hub of creativity, culture, and community engagement.

This initiative highlights the power of volunteerism in shaping sustainable tourism and community-driven development. We extend our gratitude to all the volunteers who contributed their time, skills, and passion to bring this vision to life.
