60 volunteers crafted a day to spread smiles among 60 differently-abled students in Malappuram

On May 3, 2023, We @the.social.captains, in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS) of Government Arts and Science College, Mankada, organized a Buds School Visit in Malappuram as a part of @gooddeedsday. This initiative was a heartfelt effort to bring joy, laughter, and companionship to the special students of Buds School & Rehabilitation Centre, Pulamanthole.

With immense enthusiasm and a spirit of service, 60+ dedicated volunteers joined hands to create an unforgettable day for 60+ special students. The event was filled with vibrant cultural programs, engaging activities, and moments of pure happiness that touched every heart present.

The day kicked off with a warm welcome, followed by a series of interactive sessions where volunteers actively engaged with the students through music, dance, and fun-filled games. The cultural performances showcased the immense talent and creativity of both the volunteers and the students, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and celebration.

Witnessing the joy on the children’s faces was a powerful reminder of the impact small acts of kindness can have. It reinforced our belief in the power of collective effort and compassion in creating a more inclusive society.
